The ISR matrix is a dynamic full spectrum integrated system of subject control and personal protection
that thrives naturally throughout use of force continuums and mission specific modes of operation used
by both sworn and non-sworn professionals worldwide.

Historically a centre of origin for many of the current trends in functional defensive tactics and personal
protection, the ISR Matrix to this day remains the evolutionary edge of strategic and tactical training for civilians,
Law Enforcement and Military Special Teams worldwide. The ISR Matrix has three living generations of Martial
Arts, Law Enforcement and Military Special Teams experience behind its Instructor Cadre, the very highest of
performance and training standards in its industry, and the only company of its kind with a uniform and solidified
curriculum, universal terminology, and a standardized hierarchy of instructor requirements and testing

Initially built to consist of active and retired Law Enforcement and Military Special Forces personnel dedicated to
their craft, it has since grown and developed to include civilian students, instructors and trainers alike and now
operates globally as a highly interconnected community of enthusiast, affiliates and franchises worldwide. To this
day, the company remains at the forefront of its industry offering the most tested and vetted instructor cadre , the
highest student evaluation and testing protocols , the most complete and standardized collection of standalone
curriculums, and the most readily transferable , dynamic and efficient training methodology in the world bar none.

What is the ISR Matrix?
The acronym I.S.R. represents a trained course of action that can manage conflict though a working matrix of
three interrelated principles; Intercept, Stabilize and Resolve. From this effective yet simple foundation, an
adaptable method of subject control and personal protection was forged through years of hands on experience.
The guiding philosophy in this method's design is to safely and efficiently intercede, control and effectively
conclude any scenario regardless of the level of resistance that the trained personnel encounters.

Mission Statement
To provide strategic and tactical training to law enforcement, military and security professionals that is
performance driven, functional and reliable under pressure, yet fully integrates into existing work parameters and
is readily absorbed and deployable by every able body.
To provide personal protection and defense training to civilians seeking to safeguard themselves and/or loved
ones against potential assaults or acts of aggression and violence using every means available to them in the
most efficiently trained and functional way possible.
To continuously develop and evolve the state of occupational defensive tactics internationally. To establish,
secure then support the active network of the ISR Matrix’s highly trained and prepared Instructors and Trainers
around the world. To insure, then consistently present superior levels of response-ability and quality instruction
and professionalism from our First Tier of Liaison Instructors and on through to our Field Trainers and Regional
Directors.

ISR Matrix
ISR Matrix was founded in Florida in 1996. It is a dynamic full spectrum integrated system of subject control,
defensive tactics,  personal protection and preservation that thrives naturally throughout use of force continuums
and mission specific modes of operation used by law enforcement officers, security personnel, armed forces and
special response teams worldwide. Unique in its ability to effectively provide its operators with the ability and
response-ability to function under all levels of resistance and pressure, the ISR Matrix allows for rapid escalation
and de-escalation of force within every response level. This adaptable and measurable versatility allows for clear
lines of tactics to meet with specific resistance and threat levels as they present themselves and to equally take
control and resolve them as deemed necessary. From verbal on through deadly force, the ISR Matrix therefore
